BKRSCLB Streaming is the official streaming platform of BKRSCLB, the independent record label and lifestyle brand founded by Raz Fresco (Rasquiz Johnson), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This page explains what this site stores, why, and how to have it removed.

Who runs this site

This site, the BKRSCLB store at bkrsclb.com, and the RAZ FRESCO artist website at razfresco.com are all operated by the same person and business. They are not separate or unrelated companies.

Signing in

Signing in here uses your BKRSCLB store account — the same account you use at bkrsclb.com. Authentication is handled by Shopify, our store platform, using OAuth.

• You enter your password on Shopify's own sign-in screen, never on this site.
• We never receive, see, or store your password.
• Shopify returns only a customer identifier, your name, and your email address so we can recognise you.
• We do not ask for credentials to any other service, and we will never ask you to sign in with an account belonging to a company other than BKRSCLB.

You can sign out at any time, and browsing and listening do not require an account.

What we store

• Account basics — your Shopify customer ID, display name, and email address.
• Profile content you create — profile photo, bio and info fields, and favourites you select.
• Activity in the app — playlists you build, comments you post, play counts, and badges earned.
• Membership status — whether your BKRSCLB Club Member subscription is currently active.
• Basic analytics — aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not fingerprint or track individual visitors across sites.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
• We do not run third-party advertising or ad-tracking networks on this site.
• We do not collect payment card details on this site. All payments are processed by Shopify (see below).
• We do not ask you to download or install software in order to use this site.

Payments and subscriptions

Club Member subscriptions are sold through Shopify checkout hosted on razfresco.com, the RAZ FRESCO artist website. Your membership then activates on this site automatically. Card details are handled by Shopify Payments; they never pass through this site's servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember small preferences — a dismissed popup, your last view, playback settings. These are functional, not advertising, and are never shared with third parties.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, from that page — it takes effect immediately.

This removes your profile, playlists, likes, comments, badges, activity history and every signed-in session. Play and visit counts are kept only as anonymous events with the link to you erased. Order and subscription records held by Shopify are covered by the BKRSCLB store privacy policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
